Larry has been a student of business and success his entire life. He got his knees dirty learning to walk at one of his family’s many small businesses and currently travels the world working with first class premium brands.
After spending over ten years starting and running several small businesses of his own Larry was offered the franchise rights for Dale Carnegie Training in the country of Portugal. With a sense of adventure, and with a very supportive wife, they moved and helped the Portuguese win friends and influence people for the next three years. Larry and his wife returned to operate the Dale Carnegie franchise in Utah for several additional years before launching his own training company, Final3Feet.
Larry speaks from experience! Through his speaking, consulting and writing, he is creating exceptional service cultures at every level within a company. He believes that strong cultures are formed whenever every level has buy in. That's why he serves from the front line to the front office!
