Julie Ramos is the Managing Director of Philanthropy for the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation and aims to find innovative ways to address inequities across access to healthcare, basic needs, education, and economic mobility in Utah. Julie managed Utah’s first Social Impact Bond/Pay for Success initiative in her role as grants manager at United Way of Salt Lake and has worked and consulted in Brazil, Egypt, and throughout West Africa.
