Josie Showalter graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s degree in music with a vocal emphasis and completed a master’s degree in public administration from SUU in December 2021. Josie currently works for Millcreek City in the Finance Department as the CDBG/Grants Administrator and handles sustainability efforts.
